Josetta A. Cranston holds a B.A. in Psychology and a M.Ed. in Special Education from the University of Alaska Anchorage. She is nationally certified as a Community Work Incentives Coordinator (CWIC) with Social Security Federal Clearance, through the Virginia Commonwealth University and the national Work Incentives Planning and Assistance (WIPA) Initiative to provide Social Security benefits counseling and advisement.

Josetta may be contacted to provide workshop training opportunities for educators, service providers, case managers, counselors, administrative professionals, beneficiaries and their families on public benefits and work incentives to include topics such as, Self Efficiency through Employment and Job Retention through Best Benefit Planning Practices. Josetta works in various employment related projects for the University of Alaska Anchorage Center for Human Development as the Employment Services Coordinator.
