Geographical Region
The Employment Barriers Survey was color coded to identify the geographic distribution of respondents. Alaska’s three urban centers, Anchorage, Fairbanks, and Juneau were tracked separately from rural communities. Over 40% of the respondents were from Anchorage, followed by 24% from South-central. Overall, the response distribution appeared to be representative of the general population. Table 5 displays specific responses.
