Years Employed
Respondents who indicated they had been employed before receiving benefits and respondents who indicated they were employed after receiving benefits were asked about the total number of years they had worked. The majority of respondents (53%) who were employed prior to receiving benefits had worked more than 10 years. Proportionately, employment for respondents since receiving benefits was much shorter (19%). Table 12 displays specific responses.
