Employment Satisfaction
Two questions about employment satisfaction were asked of those respondents who had been employed. The first question asked respondents to rate overall satisfaction with the conditions of their employment before participating on the Working Disabled Medicaid Buy-In program. The second question asked respondents who were employed to rate their satisfaction with their position. Five categories of fixed responses were offered. Comparing responses to these two questions found no differences in satisfaction level pre and post participation in the program. Almost 60% of the respondents indicated they were “very satisfied” or “somewhat satisfied.” The Table below displays frequency and percentage of responses.
