V. Employment Barriers
Respondents were asked to rate a series of employment barriers with respect to their own situations. Four response ratings were offered. The Table below displays the frequency and percentage of responses by category.

- The major barrier to employment identified by respondents was related to their health or disability. Three quarters of the respondents strongly or somewhat agreed that their employment was limited by these factors.
- Over half of the respondents indicated that working for pay would limit their ability to participate in the Working Disabled Medicaid Buy-In program
