Relationship between vocational rehabilitation and current employment
A statistically significant difference appears in current employment status between those who received vocational rehabilitation services and those who did not. Those respondents who participated in vocational rehabilitation were significantly more likely to be employed (chi-squared = 16.725, df = 1, p > .001) than those who did not participate (Table 12). Of the 74 respondents indicating participation in vocational rehabilitation services, 15% are currently employed compared to only 1% of those who have not received similar services.
