I. Subjects
Employment Barriers Survey #4 was sent to 708 individuals of working-age who received Personal Care Assistance Services through DSDS. The mailing list was compiled using a database maintained by DSDS. Thirty-seven of the surveys were undeliverable due to address problems, which reduced the total number of surveys disseminated to 671. There were 239 surveys completed and returned, yielding a response rate of 36%.
