UAA Center for Human Development

The UAA Center for Human Development Employment Team has resources to assist agencies, communities and people with disabilities and their families to develop microenterprises. The goals for the program are to:

  • Expand community awareness of supported self employment as an option for people with disabilities.
  • To provide technical assistance to people and agencies as they develop their business.
  • To address potential barriers to employment such a loss of health care or other public benefits.
