Legal Services

Most micro businesses don’t need ongoing legal aid, however, you may need occasional legal services or advice to establish and operate your business.  Examples are: forming a corporation or partnership, applying for copyrights (logos, name, etc.), applying for patents for inventions, drafting lease or purchase agreements, or setting up trust accounts for some people who experience disabilities.
